Night bus from Nazca to Cuzco, 14 hours in a super-comfy seat that turned into a bed. However, the first 5 were still highly unpleasant, due to the terrible roads, the constant twisting and winding of the route as it climbed, and the rapid increase in altitude. Experiencing digestive distress and trying to use the bathroom on a bus that´s being flung up the side of a mountain is a humbling experience. I´ve never felt more human.
Cuzco, the Inca capital, looks amazing, as do the people. Tourism seems to be the only game in town though, and everyone´s playing. Spending a couple of nights here hoping to acclimatise to the altitude before heading off on 5 day trek in the Sacred Valley tomorrow. Sincerely hoping that my body and my relatively meagre camping gear are up to the task ahead.
Forgot the camera and have to go back to the gaff to pack, so no photos till I get back.

digestive distress aka 'posh wolf'?
Nah, more like the howling of the wolf than the His Lupineness himself in person.
